Q1:How long will it take to receive my order after placing it?
All Memopaws products are handmade and require some production time. You can choose the "rush service" option when placing your order.
- For custom realistic pet replicas, the standard production time is 6 weeks, and with rush service, the fastest completion time is 4 weeks.
- For pet rugs, custom puzzles, and pet pillows, the standard production time is 3 weeks, and with rush service, the fastest completion time is 2 weeks.
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and you will receive your package during that time.
Q2: What size is the custom realistic pet replica?
Memopaws offers custom realistic pet replicas in two sizes:
- M (35-45 cm) is suitable for small dogs, cats, and other small animals.
- L (50-60 cm) is suitable for large dogs and other animals.
Q3: What materials are Stuffed Animals made of?
Stuffed Animals are handmade using plush materials. We choose from literally thousands of synthetic fabrics to find the best match for your pet. The most common plush materials we use are polyester and acrylic. We also utilize water-based airbrushing techniques to get certain color effects. All materials and parts used to make Stuffed Animals are upheld to the strictest safety measures.
Q4: Is it possible to have storage for ashes or other items in my plush Stuffed Animals?
It sure is! You can add an optional zipper pouch to the order. This special feature is an additional $9. You will be able to select this option as an add-on when placing your plush Stuffed Animals order.
Q5: How do I care for my plush stuffed animals?
The best way to care for your plush is to keep it dry and clean. Plush are colored using water-based airbrushing so excess moisture should be avoided as it could potentially cause fading. This doesn’t mean you can’t hug your plush multiple times a day, every day! It just means you shouldn’t submerge it in water. If you do need to clean your plush, never attempt to wash it. Plush should be dry cleaned only.
Q6: My pet's breed isn't listed. Can I still order a plush stuffed animals?
Absolutely! If your pets species is not listed, please select ‘other’. If your pet's breed is not listed, please select ‘mixed/other’ and provide any additional information in the characteristics section!
Q7: What if my plush clone doesn't look exactly like my pet?
We understand that your pet holds a special place in your heart, and our goal at Memopaws is to capture that essence in a plush form. It’s essential to remember, though, that while our team of skilled artisans strives for the highest resemblance, a plush is a heartwarming tribute, not a carbon copy.
Our plush creations are crafted with love, using premium synthetic materials that are safe and soft to the touch. Unlike the dynamic expressions and unique movements of your living pet, a Memopaws offers a different kind of comfort and memory. We can't replicate the warm nuzzle or the playful bark, but we promise a high-quality, adorable representation that brings a smile to your face.

Q8: Can I order a plush if I am not a resident of the United States?
Yes! Our website is set up for international ordering, and international customers can pay with either a credit card or PayPal. Please note that you might be required by your country of origin to pay duties and taxes when you receive your order and that Memopaws is not responsible for these fees as they are imposed by your country’s government.
Q9: What kind of pictures should I use to get the best results for my custom product?
Please check the product details page for our photo recommendations. When placing your order, be sure to upload clear, well-composed images with good lighting and a clear focus on the subject. These are simply guidelines, but if your pet has passed away, we can absolutely work with any photos you have.
Please provide your favorite photos that best capture your pet's unique features. This helps our artisans understand your vision and create a product that meets your expectations.
If the photos you provide don’t meet our standards for customization, we’ll reach out to you via email to request better images. This may delay the production process, so please respond promptly.
Q10: Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Expedited shipping options available for your order will be listed at checkout. All tracking numbers are generated immediately after creation is completed. Tracking numbers will begin receiving updates after your order is transferred to our sorting facility.
Q11: What is the rush service?
The rush service prioritizes your order to ensure production is completed within a shorter time frame. You can select the "rush service" option when placing your order.

After production is finished, the order will be shipped. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks for delivery.
During peak seasons, the rush service option may be unavailable.
Please note that rush fees are non-refundable once your order enters the post-purchase stage.
The rush service only applies to the production process. We use air shipping for international orders, but uncontrollable factors during transit could affect delivery time. Please track your package using the provided tracking number.
Q12:Can I place an order for a friend in another country if I’m in the U.S.?
Of course! You can simply enter your friend's shipping address when placing the order.
Q13: I already placed my order but now I want it rushed!

Q14: How can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can contact us at support@memopaws.com within 48 hours of payment to request an order cancellation and refund.
Since our products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours as production will have already started. However, feel free to email us with your concerns, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Q15:Can I return or exchange my order after receiving it?
Our products are custom-made and therefore not eligible for returns or refunds.
If your package arrives damaged, resulting in product damage, please contact us at support@memopaws.com within 3 days, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or partial compensation.
Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. If you have any other suggestions, feel free to reach out to us via email.
